On August 6, I made a decision to run a half marathon in 10sec while I was writing down 10 ideas/day journal.
Soon later, I pulled out my long-time deep down in the folders treasure: 2019 BOA Chicago Marathon Training Book by NIKE.
Then, the training started on August 10 which is only 2 days ago…
Not everyone can run a marathon, just like not everyone could run the fastest 200m.
As a challenge that I take on myself, I want to finish at least a good half marathon by Jan, 2021. It was an easy decision making which will follow up with a lot of commitment and sacrifices.
If I ever want to give up, feel down, weak, unnecessary, and worried. I shall embrace these emotions and allow them to push me further.
Just about 1min left for me to finish this log, I want to thank myself to take on this challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic time.
